Shipping Policy

We aim to ship all orders within 24 - 48 hours of your order being received to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Orders are shipped only on weekdays Monday to Friday.

I offer a Flat rate postage fee of $7.95 (which includes tracking & insurance) along with Free shipping for all orders over $80.00.

All orders are shipped with tracking and insurance for your peace of mind. 
Smaller items will be sent using a Domestic Letter Envelope with tracking.  

Sonia's Needle & Thread uses Australia Post for all shipping so please ensure that your shipping address is correct.  We post to all types of addresses including Post Office Boxes. 

Given the current delivery times & delays with Australia Post, if you haven't received your item within 2 weeks please contact me so I can follow up with Australia Post for you.

Please note I do not offer International Postage options.
